1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Inside Semicon’s website, member network, news, company and technology intelligence, jobs, events, media, market information, AI-enabled tools, submissions and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Where an account is required, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent otherwise required by law.
3. Platform Purpose
Inside Semicon provides semiconductor-focused information, discovery, professional networking and ecosystem services. Content may include news, research references, company profiles, jobs, events, investments, market data, policy information, media, user or partner submissions and AI-assisted summaries. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Platform content is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform for lawful personal, professional and business-information purposes consistent with these Terms. You may link to public pages in a fair and non-misleading manner. Any commercial reuse, systematic extraction, republication, resale or creation of a competing database from Platform content requires our prior written permission unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
- violate law, regulation, court order, third-party rights or these Terms;
- upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or confidentiality rights;
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful or malicious material;
- impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent affiliation, credentials or origin;
- introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, interfere with security, scrape at unreasonable scale, or attempt unauthorized access;
- send spam, manipulate rankings/engagement, harvest personal data, or use Platform information for unlawful surveillance or discrimination;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially burdens the Platform or violates robots, technical restrictions or applicable rights.
6. User, Employer, Organizer and Partner Submissions
If you submit jobs, events, company information, media, messages, profile information or other content, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. You retain ownership of your content.
You grant Inside Semicon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Platform and the feature for which it was submitted. You may request removal of eligible content, subject to legal, archival and operational requirements.
We may review, reject, correct, suspend or remove submissions that are inaccurate, expired, unsafe, unlawful, duplicative or inconsistent with Platform standards.
7. Intellectual Property
The Inside Semicon name, branding, original design, software, databases, taxonomy, compilations, original articles, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Inside Semicon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, trademarks, articles, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No trademark or proprietary right is transferred to you by use of the Platform.
8. Third-Party Content, Sources and Links
The Platform may aggregate, summarize, reference, embed or link to third-party sources. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership or verification unless expressly stated. Third-party content can change without notice and is governed by the relevant owner’s terms. Users should consult the original source for decisions requiring authoritative information.
9. Market, Investment and Financial Information
Important: Market prices, stock movements, investment information and related analytics are provided for general information and education only. They may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by third-party data providers. Inside Semicon is not a stock exchange, broker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or other regulated financial intermediary merely by providing general Platform information.

Unless expressly stated, Inside Semicon is not the employer, recruiter, event organizer, investment counterparty or contracting party. We do not guarantee availability, selection, compensation, authenticity or outcomes. Users should independently verify counterparties and never make payments or disclose sensitive credentials without appropriate verification.
11. AI-Enabled Features
AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information. Such outputs are provided as an aid to discovery and should not be treated as verified fact or professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on or publishing them. We may modify, label, limit or discontinue AI features as technology and regulatory requirements evolve.
12. Availability and Changes

Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory forum rights, courts of competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a competent court.

We may update these Terms to reflect Platform, business, legal or regulatory changes. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; where law requires a different form of notice or consent, we will follow that requirement.
